1. Introduction
Welcome to FameFun (“App”), a unique platform provided by Tamer Capital Teknoloji (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) that offers users a simulated influencer experience. This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the App and its associated services (“Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the Service.
2. Use of Service
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, entertainment purposes only.
Restrictions: You may not use the Service for any unlawful activities or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. Modifying, distributing, or creating derivative versions of the Service is strictly prohibited.
3. User Content
Ownership and License: You retain ownership of content you create within the Service (“User Content”). By creating User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content in connection with the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to us. Your use of the Service does not grant you any proprietary rights in the Service.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described, with clear purpose strings provided for each data type collected.
6. Virtual Environment and AI Characters
AI Characters: The App provides simulated interactions with AI characters. These characters do not represent real people.
Followers: The App simulates the experience of gaining and interacting with followers. These followers are not real and are part of the App’s simulation.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in activities that could harm the Service, other users, or the simulated experience. This includes spreading false information, engaging in bullying or harassment, and manipulating the simulated follower system. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
8. Modifications and Interruptions to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or change the pricing of our subscription plans and services at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service without prior notice for any breach of this Agreement.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any harm or damages related to your use of the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Türkiye.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Service following such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

14. Acknowledgment
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
Important Notice to All Users: This document constitutes a legally binding agreement. If you find yourself unable to understand or agree to the terms outlined herein, including the referenced Privacy Policy, you are required to cease using and exit the Apple App Store and/or Google Play immediately. You are not permitted to access or use any of the services provided. It’s important to note that depending on your jurisdiction, you may possess rights that this Agreement cannot override. These rights are supplementary to the terms of this Agreement. Should any part of this Agreement be deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue to be in effect. By proceeding, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18, that you are accessing the Apple App Store and/or Google Play with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. You also confirm your legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and your acceptance of its terms. Please be aware that using Google Play requires a valid Google account and adherence to specific age restrictions that may apply to certain content or features.
Notice to Parents and Guardians: By allowing your child to download, install, use, access, or make in-app purchases within Tamer Capital Teknoloji Ltd apps, you are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement on their behalf. It is your responsibility to monitor your child’s online and offline activities closely. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you must prevent your child from using the Tamer Capital Ltd apps and their associated features. Should you believe your child under 18 is using Tamer Capital Ltd apps without your consent, please reach out to us directly at contact@applikus.com.
15. User-Generated Content Management
The App includes features for user-generated content, simulated by AI characters. We have implemented automated measures to moderate content and prevent abusive behavior.
Flagging Content: Users can flag objectionable content. We will review and take appropriate action in response to reports of abusive behavior.
Blocking Users: Users can block simulated abusive users. Our system will ensure that flagged and blocked content is addressed appropriately.
